Depending on the contents, our primary method of shipping for US domestic and Canadian orders is usually UPS ground. Therefore it is important that you provide a valid street address. Also, we will ship most items to P.O. Box addresses via the United States Postal Service but this may delay the shipment several days. We can only ship to PO Boxes from our Boston warehouse.
Shipping Transit Times
Orders usually take 24 business hours to process. Occasionally, it can take 48 business hours. We do not process orders on the weekends and US Holidays and Massachusetts state holidays (Patriots Day). If the next day is a Saturday, Sunday or US holiday, the order will be processed the next business day. We will send you an order confirmation when we process your order. Our main warehouse is in Boston, Massachusetts and most orders will ship from their no matter where you are located. We may also ship from a secondary warehouse in California if we cannot ship the complete order from Boston.
How Your Packages Arrive
Your packages will arrive in a plain container. We mark the return address as M Consulting, LLC (as well as use that name for your credit card purchase) to keep things discreet. No one looking at your package will be able to figure out what’s inside. The joy of your new purchase(s) should be for you and your partner only.
Due to the high cost of International Shipping via UPS, we will be offering international shipping through the USPS. We can only ship via this method from our Boston location. This may delay the shipment about 5 business days.
