By placing an order with mysextoyemporium.com you agree to the following terms:

As part of the checking out process, your credit card will be charged immediately. The charge will appear on your credit card as M Consulting, LLC. (The return address will also show M Consulting, LLC as the shipper). Once your order is placed, processing starts immediately and your order cannot be cancelled. Our system is fully automated to get you orders as quickly as possible. Due to health reasons anything deemed a sex toy is not returnable. All coupons must be used at the time of purchase. We cannot add them after an order is placed. We do NOT give cash refunds.

Payments:

All payment are in US$. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not ship COD.

If paying by money order, them payable to M Consulting, LLC. Your shipment will be held until your money order clears our bank. We only accept money orders from the USPS or Western Union. Please call us at (617)455-4454 for more details on how to send your money order.

Returns

Due to health reasons mysextoyemporium does not take returns on sex toys or bondage gear. This policy also includes clothing that comes in contact with the skin, ie body harnesses, underwear and hosiery. We may from time to time sell other types of clothing. We only offer store credit for these types of returns. We do not give cash refunds.

DEFECTIVE ITEM EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Our Customer Service Representatives will work with you on a solution by replacing the item with the same item

The defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect. mysextoyemporium.com reserves the option as to whether we will need to have this item returned for validation. Our Customer Service Representatives will help guide you through the process.

Defective item replacement: M Consulting, LLC will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item back to you.

Refused Package

Due to the nature of our products, once it leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be sent back. Once an item is shipped it cannot be resold. Any packages that are refused by the receiver will be destroyed and the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred.
The customer is responsible for supplying a valid address for us to ship the order. Packages that are returned to us because of a wrong address is the customers responsibility. The customer will be requited to pay for the costs to have the package reshipped to you. We will try to contact you by telephone to get your credit card number to charge you to reship. If the customer does not wish to pay the costs, the package will be destroyed and the customer will not receive any refund.
